Editorial Policy

This page explains how content on Trispark Realty is produced. It applies to project pages, locality pages, price pages and every article in Guides.
Sources we use
- State RERA portals (for example UP-RERA and HRERA) for registration numbers, promoter details and declared timelines.
- Developer-published material — official project pages and brochures — for configurations, sizes, amenities and launch information.
- Government and regulator announcements for infrastructure, policy and interest-rate news.
- News reports as pointers to developments. We link to the original publisher and add our own analysis; we do not copy their text.
How articles are written
Every article states what changed, the source of each fact, and what it means for a buyer. Numbers come from a cited source or from our own dated project data — never from guesswork. Where information is uncertain we say so. Articles may be drafted with the help of software tools, and are checked against their sources before publication.
Opinion and facts
Factual statements are dated and sourced. Statements of opinion — such as investment commentary — are labelled "portal analysis" and are not financial advice.
Commercial relationships
We may earn a commission from developers whose projects we list (see About). Commission does not decide what we publish, and we do not accept payment to alter a factual statement.
Corrections
If you find an error, email info@trisparkrealty.com with the page address and the correct information. We aim to verify and correct material errors within two working days, and show an "Updated" date on the page.
Images
Where we do not hold a photograph of a project we show an illustrative placeholder, clearly labelled as such. We use developer images only where we have the right to do so.
